1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp margarine, melted
Nothing says love more then this recipe
3 Pkgs 8oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
CRUST-heat oven to 325F
Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine; press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Increase oven temp. to 450 F.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream; pour over crust. Bake 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temp. to 250 F; continue baking 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
Place jellied cranberry sauce in saucepan. Mix 1 tsp cornstarch, 2 tsp sugar and a dash of orange peel in 3 Tbsp Orange juice. Add to cranberry sauce. Bring to low boil stirring constantly, until thickend.
Cool to room tempature. Spread on top of cheesecake. You can garnish with rose leaves fresh cranberries and piped whipped cream for garnish.
